...The PADI Open Water Diver Course is a carefully structured entry-level
diving course to take you from a novice to a certified recreational
diver.
The Open Water certificate is recognised worldwide, opening up a
world of fabulous dive sites, exciting people and adventure.
Your Open Water Diver course with Mann Scuba Divers begins with
confined water skill development sessions in our training pool,
moving on to complete the four open water dives around the shores
and bays of the Isle of Man.
Minimum Age: 10 for Junior
Open Water Diver and 15 for Open Water Diver
Prerequisites: Good health, reasonable
fitness and comfort in the water.
Knowledge Development: Five sessions
Number of Dives: Five Confined Water
Dives and Four Open Water Dives
Required Materials: PADI Open Water
Crew-Pak, PADI Open Water DVD and Log Book (Included in Price)
Required Equipment:
Mask, snorkel, fins, tank, regulator, buoyancy compensator, submersible
pressure gauge and of course an exposure suit to keep you warm.
All equipment hire is included for the duration of the course.
